Job Summary:
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of leads, engaging with potential customers, and determining the suitability of our products/services to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Establish relationships with potential & existing customers through various channels.
- Need Analysis: Determine the suitability of our products/services to customer needs.
- Business Development: Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Clinical Management: Manage a CRM or contact list.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
- Performance Metrics: Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
- Market Research: Administer customer surveys, compile results, and create datasheets or reports.
- General Administration: Conduct general administration tasks.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet sales quotas.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy with current technologies.
- Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
