Customer Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a pipeline of leads, engaging with potential customers, and determining the suitability of our products/services to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Establish relationships with potential & existing customers through various channels.
  2. Need Analysis: Determine the suitability of our products/services to customer needs.
  3. Business Development: Schedule sales demos and meetings.
  4. Clinical Management: Manage a CRM or contact list.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy.
  6. Performance Metrics: Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
  7. Market Research: Administer customer surveys, compile results, and create datasheets or reports.
  8. General Administration: Conduct general administration tasks.
  9. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Tech savvy with current technologies.
  • Experience with MS Office and online calendars.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
