Technical Support Role Overview

The Technical Support Representative is the primary interface for customers' hardware and software technical assistance. They are responsible for synthesizing internal and external feedback into actionable items, working with corrective actions, supporting teams and projects that deliver solutions and address customer issues.

This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where employees are supported to innovate and learn something new every day.

  • Provide first-level technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries related to hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with field and divisional groups to create process documentation and participate in continuous improvement work.

Our ideal candidate has strong communication and customer relationship skills, as well as organizational and critical thinking skills. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics or other relevant fields, and minimum 1-year technical experience is required. Previous experience in a customer-service role is beneficial.

This position may offer the opportunity to work from home, subject to business requirements and employee performance. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members and supervisors in a virtual work environment.
