Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance and support to our customers via phone, chat, or email. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a fast-paced remote work environment.
About the Role- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers through various communication channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues using strong problem-solving skills.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our system.
- Stay up-to-date with products, services, and support procedures to ensure optimal issue resolution.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not necessary.
- You must have a strong command of the English language and typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up, with excellent interpersonal skills.
