Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Native Chinese and English language proficiency, with upper intermediate level (B2) or higher
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- A strong positive attitude, with enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, particularly in the areas of software development and IT
