We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch technical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage bugs and feature requests with the respective team, maintaining constant communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train our internal tools regularly.
  • Educate and empower our users on product features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, customer success, product, engineering, and internal tooling teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of technical support experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including ReactJS, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
