Job Title: Virtual Receptionist

Key Job Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in BPO or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
  • Able to multitask by managing calls, taking notes, and sending follow-ups with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Detailed orientation and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate call summaries.
  • Confident in communicating directly with clients when necessary.
  • Flexibility in working remotely and willingness to undergo training on client-specific protocols.
