Emergency Response Call Center Specialist

Seeking skilled professionals to work as disaster relief call center agents. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on disaster relief needs.

Candidates selected for this role will be notified via email and text messages. Working hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with service inquiries
  • Learn common customer requests and solutions
  • Enhance the customer experience
  • Utilize our service techniques and systems
  • Evaluate and resolve customer dissatisfaction

Candidates will apply customer service techniques and learn account management systems while improving the customer experience during a difficult time.

Requirements:
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Reliability and regular attendance
  • Customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
  • Multi-tasking and self-management abilities
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
