Job Overview

This role leads critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Key responsibilities include managing the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, and summarizing complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • The successful candidate will have substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Additional duties will involve building financial models, developing 'what-if' scenarios, and performing risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in Reporting, Dashboarding, Automation, Process Improvement, Power BI.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
