Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our business intelligence efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools.
  • Guide the team in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions for process automation.
  • Analyze risk and mitigate project circumstances based on impact assessment.
  • Train new hires and ensure they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work independently.
  • Perform regular coaching to enhance staff performance and encourage participation in decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT software development.
  • Experience leading a small team or work group as an ad hoc assignment.
  • Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools.
