Key Performance Indicators Specialist

This role involves monitoring and analyzing data to create actionable insights that inform business decisions.

About the Role:
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators, tailored to specific requirements.
  • Analyze complex data sets using digital tools like PowerBI and Microsoft Excel, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Develop meaningful analysis and reports used in decision-making, delivered in a timely manner.
  • Identify gaps in existing metrics, leading the review and recalibration of logic, calculation, and automation.
  • Prepare regular financial analyses for senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerate discipline, e.g., Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar courses.
  • At least 5 years of work experience gained from an insurance or financial sector, or from digital performance analytics-related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and programming skills in SQL or other languages.
  • Experience in reporting tools and methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail regarding all aspects of data management.
  • Articulate, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to interact and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills, passion for data, and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
