Strategic Finance Leader

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Strategic Finance Leader who will be responsible for providing financial expertise to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assemble, communicate, and present information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and financial analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Develop forecasts and analyze trends for financial and strategic planning purposes.
  • Generate 'what if' scenarios to help future business planning decisions.
  • Provide insights into market trends and customer behavior.
  • Interpret financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:Professional Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical/critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
  • Able to maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:
  • Able to handle multiple engagements simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • CFA and/or CPA preferred but not required.
