Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop compelling sales strategies to engage decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding clients.
  • Build a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions and leverage them to drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales – especially in BPO, SaaS, or IT.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to establish trust with clients.
  • Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit targets and deliver results.
  • Previous experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly regarded.
