Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an HR Business Partner to drive business growth through effective human resources management. Collaborate with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business goals, develop and implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement, drive business performance, and ensure compliance.

About the Job:

The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor, partnering with various stakeholders to support organizational success. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement and development, change management, compliance, and HR program development and implementation.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and skills development.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change and cultural transformation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement HR programs to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail business operations and workforce challenges.
  • Expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to work effectively with leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
