This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen and operational execution skills, who can drive partner strategy and ensure successful onboarding and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.


About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to maximize partner satisfaction, drive adoption of additional travel products, and increase revenue performance across our platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking partners, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Analyze data to inform product development, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the travel and e-commerce industries, with a strong understanding of market trends and best practices.
