Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound client inquiries and resolving issues faced by clients. This role requires strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email, as well as the ability to troubleshoot frustrated clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
- Seeking clarification and asking questions to ensure responses meet client expectations.
Requirements for this role include:
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
- Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
