
Client Relationship Specialist

This role is a crucial part of our team, acting as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and others in the community. The Client Relationship Specialist will be responsible for managing client requests, inquiries, and support needs; responding to emails; resolving issues; providing copies of documents; and updating CRM.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, 2 years of working night shifts, and demonstrate a learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily client support, including responding to emails, resolving issues, and providing documentation.
- Respond to incoming messages within 1 business day.
- Gather information via phone and complete intake forms for new clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients via email and notify next steps.
- Build rapport with clients aged 55+ through inbound calls and schedule appointments or referrals as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM accordingly.
- 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
- 2 years of working night shifts
- Demonstrates learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability
