  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records related to operations, including performance metrics and incident reports.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in handling employee relations and operational excellence.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions based on data analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
