
Operational Excellence Manager

This role involves overseeing the operations of a quality assurance unit and taking responsibility for overall performance.
The ideal candidate will support maintaining, publishing, and communicating policies and procedures to stakeholders. They will devise plans and direct business goals implementation while controlling activities within company guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures using operational manuals and guidelines to control risk.
- Monitor daily productivity, service delivery, and quality of work to achieve targets.
- Proactively identify, plan, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, service delivery, and quality of work.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or related field.
- Audit & Quality Assurance Expertise: Proven experience in audit, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in financial services, banking, or lending industry.
- Credit Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of credit assessment, underwriting standards, loan documentation, and risk management practices.
- Leadership & People Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with coaching and performance management as an advantage.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate data, identify gaps, and recommend effective process improvements.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with collaboration across teams and presenting findings clearly.
- Time & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of QA reviews.
- Service Orientation: Customer-focused mindset, ensuring quality service delivery while upholding compliance and risk standards.
