Key Commercial Role

The primary focus of this position is driving company growth in the retail electricity and renewable energy markets.

This role oversees national sales strategies, demand generation, and market positioning while leveraging insights from EPIRA and WESM to create competitive commercial offers.

Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Energy Trading, Regulatory, Operations, and Corporate Communications, the incumbent ensures seamless execution from lead generation to service delivery.

The role also represents the company at industry events and regulatory forums, advocates for market reforms, and manages a high-performing sales team with a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing leadership, preferably in energy, utilities, or renewables, with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to craft executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer experience systems beneficial.
