Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in establishing the sales plan and budget to reflect the company's and hotel's goals and objectives.
  2. Maintain and upgrade communication networks to ensure the hotel has a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.
  3. Conduct market analysis and develop strategies for generating new business.
  4. Analyze sales results and recommend improvements or solutions to problems.
  5. Provide monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
  6. Achieve budgeted room night quotas and average rates as outlined in the yearly business plan.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and Assistant Director of Sales.
REPORT LINE & COMMUNICATION
  1. Report to the Director of Sales.
  2. Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure all activities are completed.
  3. Communicate effectively with guests, clients, business partners, and staff.
Others
  1. Engage in continuous learning through personal IDP.
  2. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and a drive to excel.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
