Job Overview

The Operations Director oversees the management and development of supervisors within day-to-day contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales Supervisors
  • Oversee quality, production, and hours to ensure business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on implementation of strategic sales plans.
  • Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to enhance call center productivity.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Provide guidelines and best practices for maintaining a competitive edge in sales.
  • Develop and maintain strategy to ensure customer satisfaction across all sales transactions.
  • Analyze market conditions and trends, including competitive benchmarking.
  • Produce statistical reports on individual performance and sales trends.
  • Motivate team members to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for overall performance and productivity of Supervisors.
  • Review payroll and ensure accurate submissions.
  • Manage building maintenance and physical security.
