
Sales Business Growth Coordinator

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales operations and supporting our growing team of field account executives. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and improve sales processes.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and improve sales processes.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend analysis, and reporting to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Partner with internal teams on strategic planning by identifying process improvements and providing sales support to drive business growth.
- Assist in crafting analysis, strategies, and messaging for key accounts, including business reviews to foster strong relationships.
- Use data to analyze customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Support the SMB Sales team as the main contact for Account Executives to provide timely assistance and guidance.
- Address immediate sales challenges and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support deals and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and accuracy for reliable pipeline and forecasting to inform business decisions.
- Perform other duties as needed to contribute to the success of the team.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications to effectively manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
