Administrative Coordinator

As an Executive Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative assistance and support to CCK, EO, and reception. Key responsibilities include:
* Ordering and inventory management of office supplies, cleaning materials, and pantry essentials
* Corporate card management, reviewing billing statements, and distributing invoices to employees
* Club membership management for CCK, processing billing and forwarding dues to relevant staff members
* Fleet management for CCK, maintaining records and keys for Wills employees
This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure seamless support for CCK and executives in achieving their objectives and priorities.
