\u2022 Bachelor's degree holder
\u2022 With 6 months to 1 year of experience as admin
\u2022 With experience processing government related documents and legal documents
\u2022 With experience in compliance
\u2022 Amenable to attend face to face interview
\u2022 Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
\u2022 Keep track of and record all documents that come in and go out.
\u2022 Keep track of daily administrative tasks and keep up with records and files (electronic or hard copy).
\u2022 Before sending any supporting materials to the relevant team, check that they are accurate.
\u2022 Manage the entire process of tasks associated with invoices.
\u2022 Keep an eye on and preserve invoice-related documentation.
\u2022 Update the list of materials and supplies that are available; make requests for the supplies that are required.
\u2022 Carry out clerical and administrative tasks with competence and responsibility.
