Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SL Temps Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage customer records, process orders, and maintain accurate sales data.
  • Order Processing: Take orders from customers, enter them into the sales system, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Credit Control: Monitor and manage customer payments, ensuring timely payment obligations are met.
  • Report Generation: Compile sales reports, track sales performance, and analyze market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new software applications.
  • Familiarity with sales operations and administrative procedures.
