This role is designed for seasoned sales professionals who can own the sales cycle, coach junior reps, and drive growth in high-output environments.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Closing 3-4 new fee-paying clients per quarter, focusing on high-growth sectors like healthcare and professional services
• Leading outbound efforts, refining messaging, and building campaigns to drive results
• Mentoring and training junior lead-gen researchers to maintain a strong pipeline
• Collaborating with email marketers and SDRs to boost performance
• Analyzing conversion metrics and optimizing processes for improved efficiency
For Success in This Role, You Will Need:
• 3-7 years of experience in closing deals with US or UK staffing firms
• A proven track record of hitting $1M+ annual sales targets
• Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting
• Comfort with managing KPIs in Salesforce and working with SDRs
