Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic business plans, and building strong relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and achieve assigned volume targets in assigned distributor territory
  • Manage trade spend in assigned geographical territory
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans aligned with regional & national objectives
  • Submit trade activities proposal through On-Time Monitoring System
  • Provide input in volume forecasting process and manage returns, BO and pull-out according to communication strategy & guidelines
Required Skills
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or any related course
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills
  • Fresh graduates with strong leadership qualities are welcome to apply
