We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role requires a background in software sales and real estate sales, with a proven track record of generating new business and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. They will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs and provide the necessary information to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified leads and assist with follow-up communication.
  • CRM Management: Track all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.
  • Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets such as calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing sales training and development to refine techniques and improve results.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience in software sales and real estate sales is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with phone systems for sales outreach and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
