Job Description

The Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual is responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless setup and activation of their Ylopo account.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to clients. The Implementation Specialist must be able to multitask, manage multiple client interactions, and work independently to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer support, troubleshooting help, and guidance/training to new clients in setup
  • Performing phone, email, and text outreach to clients in setup
  • Following up consistently with all clients in setup with pending roadblocks
  • Responding (via phone/email/text) to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support

  • Previous experience in a support, training, or customer service role
  • Professional demeanor and consistent work habits
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
