At SimpleTexting, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable adapting quickly and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- You'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate solutions via online chat, email, and phone calls.
- Clarify customer needs, determine causes, select and explain the best solution, then follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring our customers adhere to responsible texting practices.
- Contribute to writing excellent help documentation for internal use and customer reference.
- Escalate technical issues to our support team as needed.
- Participate in specialized projects and develop expertise in our product.
- English is your primary language, with secondary languages being an asset.
- At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for software or SaaS platforms (or equivalent).
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, non-technical language.
- Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
- Highly organized, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of customer support experience is highly valued.
Remote work available within US hours, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
