About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to drive success in client onboarding. You will be responsible for conducting 1:1 intake calls with new clients to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and goals. You will set clear expectations and diagnose client fit for our services, ensuring a smooth and expedient transition between each stage of the client onboarding journey.
You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and coordination across systems. Maintaining accurate records and tracking key insights will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct 1:1 intake calls to gather information about new clients.
