
Enterprise Client Support Specialist

- Manage daily interactions for our largest client, providing timely responses and proactive support.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to execute account strategy and meet performance objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to client support. With 2+ years of experience in client-facing or account support roles, you'll be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide detail-oriented support.
About This Role:
This role is relationship-focused and may involve special project management. You'll work closely with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure the largest client receives consistent, high-quality support that strengthens relationships and drives retention.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in Mountain Standard Time Zone hours.
- Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior client-facing experience and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with project management platforms is a plus.
