We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join our team at Manpower (Philippines). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, with experience in the PV industry. You will be working closely with partners to set sales targets based on market insights and distribution product strategies.

You will be responsible for planning and building channel partners in the region, promoting market development, and building E2E channel routes. Additionally, you will develop sales activities and policies for partners in the region, including channel policies, channel operation, enablement, and channel marketing activities.

You will also be coordinating with the sales, product, service, and commercial departments to jointly promote the construction of the channel ecosystem in the region. This will involve improving service quality and enhancing the brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for data analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. You will maintain market activities and health, think and practice sales models, and continuously innovate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
  2. Work with partners to set sales targets based on market insights and distribution product strategies.
