Marketing Operations Coordinator

This role oversees the execution of comprehensive marketing operations and event coordination across a proptech SaaS portfolio, combining hands-on marketing implementation with technology proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.

The position manages workflows and deliverables using sound project management principles, translates marketing strategies into measurable results, and recommends process improvements while handling tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking a highly organized and skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensure high-quality execution, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional marketing coordination experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using project management software.

  • Execute marketing campaign setup, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and tactical coordination.
  • Coordinate sponsorship evaluation processes for trade shows and conferences.
  • Manage travel logistics and vendor relationships for events.
  • Execute event logistics operations, including shipping coordination and promotional merchandise management.
  • Coordinate on-site activities during events, including partner event support and meeting facilitation.
  • Track performance for event interactions, document leads, and monitor deal progression.
  • Coordinate content development workflows, including photography logistics and content creation support.
  • Manage contact database operations, including data organization and audience segmentation preparation.
  • Execute multi-channel communication campaigns, including social media scheduling and email sequence deployment.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, knowledge of project management principles, and exceptional attention to detail. They will be able to coordinate across time zones in a fully remote role and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and partner correspondence.
