About the role

Philtrust Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Tarlac Branch. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our branch, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our retail banking services.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries and fund transfers
  • Accurately processing and reconciling cash and other financial transactions
  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with the branch team to support various operational and administrative tasks as needed
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately process financial transactions and maintain detailed records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in using banking software, MS Office applications and other relevant technology
  • A team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
