We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  2. Presenting and promoting products and services effectively to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  5. Handling objections and resolving customer concerns professionally.
  6. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and training.
  7. Following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.
Candidate Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 2 years of previous call center experience in a similar role.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
