Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our business growth initiatives as a Business Development Associate. This role involves generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, leveraging strong communication skills and experience in B2B outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry professionals to qualify leads and identify decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and updates in the CRM system to build a pipeline of prospective clients through follow-ups and consistent communication.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments by utilizing research and effective communication strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in business development, telemarketing, or outbound sales (B2B preferred) is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English are required to interact with professionals such as architects, designers, and business owners.
  • The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-savvy individuals with knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets will have a competitive advantage in this role.
