We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Intake Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their exceptional customer service skills, business acumen, and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, gathering relevant information, and creating leads that will help drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients, gather relevant information, and create leads
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage workflows and track progress
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure their impact

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
