Job Qualification
A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Patient Intake Coordinator in a home healthcare setting, or other US healthcare providers, with a focus on patient-oriented customer services. Bachelor's degree, particularly in hospitality management, is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service skills Excellent English speaking and professional writing skills Working knowledge of office management and scheduling best practices Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office tools Outgoing and friendly personality
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the medical agency
Scanning pertinent patient information into EMR including patient authorizations, physician orders, and labs.
Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary
Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
Any other tasks assigned by the client or LKN management team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php240.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
