We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage customer inquiries and provide timely, professional email support. Key responsibilities include attending to customer enquiries through emails in a timely and accurate manner, staying on top of campaigns and promotional releases, communicating customer feedback to internal/external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve customers, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Key Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in email management
  • Proficiency with different email management software, preferably Zendesk
  • Commitment to being assigned to any site
  • Flexibility in shifting schedules

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional email communication. Your strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and prior experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms will enable you to excel in this position.
