Trends Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. This role involves providing first-line support for client technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visits. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. They will also ensure that client service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently. Additionally, the IT Support Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or onsite visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Ensure client SLAs are met consistently

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, ECE, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an onsite technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
