As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the execution of marketing activities across various B2B marketing platforms and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement email campaign strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve email campaign performances and marketing operations related workflows and processes.
  3. Manage and maintain various marketing tools, systems, and processes to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
  4. Provide daily support for ad-hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.
  5. Support other workflow processes related to requests for data, information, and insights.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience or education in fields of Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering or related.
  2. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function teams and to liaise with international clients.
  3. Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  4. Eloqua knowledge or experience is a must.
  5. Detail-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
  6. Strong problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and able to consistently meet deadlines.
  7. Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
  8. Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
  9. Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working in Excel.
  10. Must be willing to work in AMER/US hours/Night Shift - Philippine Standard Time.
