Partnerships Manager Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnerships Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and activating channel partnerships that generate Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and prioritize 200 target partners by Day 45
  2. Execute a 3-step outreach process via CRM Sequences
  3. Qualify each partner to SQL definition and achieve ≥8 partner-SQLs per week
  4. Facilitate MOU template sign-off and onboard new partners
  5. Internal alignment with the Appointment Setter and revenue attribution teams

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or high-activity sales (SaaS or fintech preferred)
  • Strong research and prospecting skills; comfortable using industry-standard tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English; confident presenting to C-suite stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, or related field) or equivalent work experience

Success Metrics:

  • Weekly: ≥8 partner-generated SQLs booked; ≤10% invalid SQL rate
  • Monthly: ≥32 SQL meetings held; partner show-rate ≥60%
  • 6-Month Milestone: Achieve ₱1M partner-led ARR and a signed standard MOU template
