Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager
OverviewWe are seeking a strategic partnership manager to spearhead our efforts in targeting and acquiring institutional partners with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada. This role requires a business development professional who can navigate the complexities of the education sector, close high-value deals, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships that support our growth strategy.

You will conduct thorough market research to understand the specific challenges and needs of the education sector, develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients, and present our value proposition to academic decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing large deals with academic institutions, building long-term strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with senior academic stakeholders. Responsibilities- Identify and target potential partners in the USA and Canada
- Conduct market research to understand the education sector's specific challenges and needs
- Develop tailored strategies for engaging with institutional clients
- Presentation of our value proposition to academic decision-makers
- Management of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiation of terms and contracts with partners
- Maintenance of long-term relationships with partners
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of our platform
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the education sector or EdTech
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically about growth opportunities
