Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrative professional to join our leadership team as an Executive Assistant.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support process improvements, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and organize meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and office systems.
HR & People Support
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and training processes.
  • Assist with payroll documentation, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
  • Help coordinate recruitment processes and support talent acquisition efforts.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional offices and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate projects, initiatives, and business processes.
  • Provide exceptional support to ensure seamless team operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Proven calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
