We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive administrative professional to join our leadership team as an Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting senior leaders in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support process improvements, policy development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle confidential correspondence and organize meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and office systems.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and training processes.
- Assist with payroll documentation, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
- Help coordinate recruitment processes and support talent acquisition efforts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional offices and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects, initiatives, and business processes.
- Provide exceptional support to ensure seamless team operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator.
- Proven calendar management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
