The role of an administrative and creative professional involves providing support in both creative and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Presentation Design: Design visually appealing and professional presentations using Figma Slides; interpret and develop design from briefs or high-level guidance; apply current design trends while maintaining consistency; ensure precision and polish with excellent attention to detail;
- Marketing Support: Research and identify relevant prospects from industry resources; compile and submit lead lists to a sales team; assist in the creation and scheduling of promotional content; follow provided creative direction and adhere to brand tone and voice;
- Proficiency in visual design software, including Figma Slides, with a strong portfolio; solid understanding of contemporary design trends; highly organized, responsive, and reliable; strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in data research, email management, or marketing administration;
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement; prior exposure to industry libraries and/or B2B marketing is beneficial;
