Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration or bookkeeping roles, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing work orders, creating and processing invoices accurately, and maintaining digital and paper records.

In addition to these tasks, the administrative professional will assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and other office duties as needed, provide support to management and staff, and ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
