System Administrator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments, as well as supporting Windows Server and Linux systems.

This is a remote position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments.
  • Support Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
  • Administer Active Directory and storage systems.
  • Handle escalated infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering clear and professional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with Proxmox and VMware virtualization platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, and storage systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
