Mandarin Speaking Executive Assistant

This is a remote job opportunity for an experienced Mandarin speaking executive assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to C-level executives.

\

The ideal candidate will have fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant to C-level executives is required, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.

\

The role involves a range of tasks including email and text correspondence, report preparation, document analysis, virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting between parties, and managing calendars. The candidate should also be tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

\

The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  2. Compose email and text correspondence, prepare reports, and analyze documents.\
  3. Attend virtual meetings and phone conferences, interpreting Mandarin and English between parties.\
  4. Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding property issues.\
  5. Coordinate with contractors and service companies to schedule repairs, follow up on work completion, and issue payments.\
  6. Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling business appointments, meetings, and calls.\
  7. Research and make optimal decisions regarding suppliers, service companies, equipment, and supplies.\
  8. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.\
  9. Perform other administrative duties as needed.\

Qualifications:

  2. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)\
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)\
  4. Bachelor's degree or any certificate course (required)\
  5. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills\
  6. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)\
  7. Solid organizational & time management skills\
  8. Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP\
  9. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)\
  10. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)\
  11. Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained\
  12. Able to work on a graveyard shift\
