Administrative Support Role

As a highly organized and proactive professional, you will provide exceptional administrative support to a company director. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing the director's diary and schedule appointments
  • Handling all correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation and office organization
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with project management tools and techniques, as well as experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
